Baker, AIA, has completed the Self-Certification process with the City of Phoenix. Self-Certification can greatly reduce the permitting time through the City of Phoenix for a variety of project types. Phoenix&#8217;s self-certification is also now accepted in the City of Surprise and, in limited instances, the City of Peoria.<\/p>\n<p>While the program may not be applicable to all projects, it is certainly a service that can provide additional value to our clients on a majority of their work located within the city boundaries.
