Aided by skill, imagination and the proper tools, Synectic Design is committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and most valuable design experience available.
The design process and its final intellectual products must be documented and communicated to the client, the code authorities and the contractors. Historically that has meant representation through visual media, and the options that are now available to professionals for this are more diverse than ever before.
From hand sketches to the latest three-dimensional modeling software, the architects of Synectic Design have combined new thoughts with tried-and-true practices, providing us with a variety of ways to communicate our ideas to clients, and rapidly develop those ideas into finished construction documents.
Computer-generated images can precisely and artistically render hand-drawn concepts into finished technical drawings and construction documents.
We hand-sketch our ideas at the parti (conceptual) level, we build physical models of museum board, and we develop three-dimensional computer models. We can use the three-dimensional models to view the whole project, extract still images for conceptual study and presentation, and create “fly-around” movies and virtual tours. Where appropriate we can also provide finished renderings in various media, including photo-realistic computer models.
