Gilbert, AZ – This was a 2,651 SF Tenant Improvement to a space adjacent to the existing restaurant. The project created a new brewing space with a tasting area, enlarged patio and exterior storage.
Work included new floor slabs, interior partitions, finishes to match the existing, exterior fencing and modifications to the existing mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
