Chandler, AZ – Designing franchise outlets has its own set of challenges. The final result must match a specific set of recognizable corporate standards, yet be adapted to fit into the local shell building both aesthetically and logically. Synectic Design was able to accomplish both of these requirements while working on the Hi-Health Outlet in Chandler Fashion Center.
Scope of the project for this 5,987 square foot tenant improvement included interior partition walls, retail display units, room finishes, drop ceiling and grid, general and display lighting, electrical improvements, new ductwork to connect with rooftop AC units, and two accessible restrooms with plumbing considerations.
Synectic Design has designed two other Hi-Health outlets as well; one at San Tan Gateway in Chandler and the other at Cactus & Tatum in Paradise Valley.
