Scottsdale, AZ – Circle Lofts is a distinctive 20-unit, luxury townhome community. The townhomes consist of a gated, circular-shaped complex situated on 1.46 acres. The project is comprised of three, 3-story buildings containing two and three bedroom units ranging in size from 1500 to 1579 sf and oriented around a central amenity area with pool, spa, BBQ and Ramada.
The overall design follows the urban and modern aesthetics of the newer projects in the surrounding area. All homes will have a two-car garage and some will include an additional two-car carport tandem to the garage.
In recognition of the unique climatic and other environmental factors of the Sonoran Desert environment, all windows are recessed to the interior side of wall and dual-pane glass will provide protection from the elements. Narrow openings toward the exterior of the project will provide added protection from the elements, as well as privacy.
