Phoenix, AZ – We have completed two separate projects for this facility; a Pulper Building Addition and a Storage and Maintenance Building.
Pulper Building Addition: This project consisted of a phased 4,876 sq ft addition to the existing paper mill. Construction included a pre-manufactured building on a previously-permitted foundation, installation of pulper equipment and associated electrical/plumbing work.
Storage & Maintenance Building: A 44,000 sq ft addition to the existing mill building, connected by a sloping breezeway. 60% of the pre-manufactured metal building is used for solid-pile storage for finished paper products and 40% used as a machine shop that houses lathes, a mill and an overhead crane. The building also includes a small office area with a restroom and a recessed loading dock.
