Tempe, AZ – This project consists of two new buildings. The first is a new 3-story, 8,031 sq ft apartment building located in an existing overflow parking area, complete with new covered parking structures. The second is a new 1-story, 1,633 sq ft recreation building to replace the existing tennis courts. Both projects match the architecture, finishes and colors of the existing buildings.
