Scottsdale, AZ – On the slopes of Pinnacle Peak Mountain, the prestigious community of Estancia is the site for more than 230 high-end custom homes. The development encompasses 640 acres of high desert with breathtaking views of the Arizona landscape.
Synectic Design was asked to create three custom homes for this exclusive development. Each site was unique and had specific challenges, including maintaining privacy and views of the mountains and golf course. Ranging in size from 7,000 to 8,500 sq ft, these homes are an eclectic mix of Spanish Colonial, Prarie Style and Desert Contemprary and are complemented by their lush desert surroundings.
