Phoenix, AZ – Located right in the heart of the Arcadia District, this is the remodel of a former 1,466 sq ft house into a 1,944 sq ft dental office.
The client requested an open, modern feel with lots of natural daylight. That goal was achieved by raising the building height by 4′, creating simple lines and an open floor plan, and using high ceilings and abundant glass to create a connection to the outdoor environment.
