Phoenix, AZ – This project is the reconstruction of an existing residence that was almost completely destroyed by fire.
The exterior walls and foundation are original; but everything else is being entirely re-designed and updated, with special attention to the Master Bath and Kitchen areas.
In addition to the original 2,502 sqare footage, we re-designed the layout and added 886 sq ft in enclosed space and 575 sq ft in new covered patio area.
