This project includes 4 residential buildings, 3 stories each. With floor plans layouts ranging from studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units for a total of 180 units. Each unit has private open space in the form of a balcony or patio and one covered parking space per unit. All residents having access to the site amenities including a dog park, pool and a large courtyard space in the middle of the site. The clubhouse will contain a leasing office as well as a fitness center, mail/parcel area and common space which opens to the pool.
