Petite Maison

Scottsdale, AZ – This project consists of the remodel of an existing one-story building in Scottsdale into a French country-style restaurant.

Minor interior modifications were included in the scope of work, including restroom upgrades and refinishing the existing walls, floor ceiling and millwork materials.

The existing exterior adobe and wood joist structure remained, while a new exterior wall and wood trellis screen were added. Additionally, the exterior “skin” was raised above the existing roofline to screen mechanical equipment. A cozy outdoor dining area wraps around two sides of the building, with a canopy structure provided to shelter patrons from heat and rain. Quaint planter boxes, unique stone details and rustic exterior finishes create an inviting and charming ambiance.
