Scottsdale, AZ (Osborn Campus) – This 6,000 square foot renovation project converted an existing Critical Care space into a Same Day Care Unit. The new unit includes 12 patient recovery stations, four admitting stations, a patient admitting control station, two ADA-compliant patient restrooms, a nurse workstation and required support services.
This project proved to be particularly challenging due to the fact that the existing space was originally built in the mid-1960’s with very few archive documents available.
