Tempe, AZ – This project was the Tenant Improvement of an existing shell lease space to convert it into a 3,534 sq ft retail and microbrewery with an outdoor patio.
Improvements included the demolition of a portion of the concrete floor slab, construction of new partitions, finishes, lighting and the installation of new mechanical equipment.
