Jurupa Valley, CA – One of many projects we’ve completed for Swift Transportation, this was the development of a new facility on a vacant 18-acre site. The facility includes a 23,237 square foot two-story office building, visitor and employee parking, and semi tractor and trailer parking.
Additional site improvements include asphalt paved parking and access areas, landscaping, a detention basin, two driveway entrances, two 20’x20′ canopy structures over outdoor employee break areas, and a 10’x10′ guard shack at the truck entrance for security purposes.
