Phoenix, AZ – This is a 3,200 sq ft Tenant Improvement project in a building that just recently completed construction. Special features include a conveyor belt that circles the entire restaurant, carrying sushi and other dishes of food to restaurant patrons.
The improvements consisted of new partition walls; new plumbing in the restrooms, commercial kitchen and prep area; minor modifications to the mechanical system; and new electrical and lighting installations.
