Phoenix, AZ – Currently in permitting, this project consists of the Tenant Improvement to an existing 9,389 sq ft shell space.
This space will be used for manufacturing traffic signage, and in addition to the fabrication area it includes general administrative offices, a break room and a restroom. The improvements consist of walls, finishes and mechanical, plumbing and lighting modifications.
