Phoenix, AZ – This project consists of a 53,900 sq ft interior Tenant Improvement remodel of an existing suite to transform the space into a Manufacturing and Distribution Facility for Wesco.
The improvements involve construction of office spaces, manufacturing / assembly areas and additional restroom facilities. Exterior improvements will consist of replacing existing mechanical units, an air compressure enclosure and the restriping of an existing parking area to provide three additional accessible parking spaces.
